I've heard a lot about the first Endless Space and was looking forward to playing this. Right now it loads up but looks like that it just gets to what is the titlescreen. It does not show anything for me to click on and does not do anything when I am pushing enter, esc, etc..

You are trying to run the game on integrated graphics and this game does not support integrated graphics.  I am sorry, but it seems to be a GPU problem.  Have you considered upgrading to a PCI Video Card?

Considering that you have an Intel chipset, there are chances the game simply will not run on your computer. Try updating your drivers, as this is pretty much the only step that'll get your game going in case of no dedicated GPU:
