Can you add your diagnostics, output_log.txt files as well. You can attach files directly into your post using the "upload File" icon

Where i can find this log? In the Folder "temporary files" just exists "diagnostic" files but no output_log.txt

Here are the diagnostic files. They are just from a early game stage (cause of testing the new patch after reinstall the game) so the microfreezes are not as hard as in the midgame but maybe it helps too.

Problem does not have changed. Seems maybe a little bit better but freezes still in the game. No change between max or lowest graphicsettings.

Looks like you have a limit of 5mb on your file uploads, some of these log files are 178mb in size lol
