The issue is that, once you splice, you cannot see the updated Horatio Population trait when you hover your mouse over the Horatio Population Symbol in the population slot for a given planet. I am not sure if the splicing is giving me the benefit of the spliced minor population.

Based on some investigation, where I checked approval increase from Horatio population after splicing Z'vali folks, splicing seems to be in effect, but it is simply not shown when hovering the mouse over the Horatio Population symbol.

It would be nice to have a quick and easy way to see all the traits that my Horatio have accumulated.
