Playing my first game after the full version updated this afternoon. Game was performing well, a lot of the lag in EA was resolved in this version. Then when I tried to end turn on turn 122, it just sits on "Pending". Nothing seems to happen even if I let it run for awhile. Memory and CPU consumption on this machine is normal. The application does not have any glitches with graphics or other features, it just won't continue to the next turn. I can still manage my empire and give orders with impunity.
I would like to provide the save file to support, should you want to investigate it. I'm going to create a new game as that one was turns away from victory.
