Hi there,

Thanks for the report. I have reproduced it in our dev environment, and it is an infinite loop in the display of your populations. 

I have prepared a safety check to avoid the infinite loop, and I will push it for a patch (not the next one sadly, which is already beoing baked).

I've had a thorough look at this piece of code and properly fixed the problem. The fix should be in an upcoming patch, I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

Thank you for your feedback, your save was really helpful! Your empire configuration was slightly unusual and reproducing the error would have been quite difficult without your files :)
