Hi, i got some stuttering issues here. Every 10-20 sec. game drops frames, freezes, lag spikes?

This is happening only in galaxy view, even when i leave it idle (didn't notice this in battle mode).

Any help?

I just posted about this "issue" a few hours ago. It seems to occur even when I turn the graphical settings all the way down so I don't think it's due to lackluster hardware.
