I have been away for a time from the game and just remembered the Uthassum Rhamoezz unlock happened a while back. I have the ENFER badge but when I click Unlock on the DLC reward I get an error message. The last email I got about this was back in October 2016 - checked in case the code came by email or something. My Steam account is linked to my G2G profile and I refreshed the link before and after trying just in case.

Am I doing something wrong here?

First check if you have it already redeemed: store.steampowered.com/account/licenses

If you do there will be:

[Date] Endless Space 2 - Uthassum Rhamoezz Sophon Hero Complimentary

somewhere on the list.

Thanks! I did a search for the Uthassum Rhamoezz name but only two threads came up and not that one. Checked DLC in properties but did not think to check licences - checked now and sure, the licence is there.
