I got stuck at the loading bar at the end of the sega video. Actually, I don't even see the video, I can only hear the sound of it. Then the loading bar fills up until about 15% and stays there indefinitely.
I have a dual video card on my laptop: Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 and MD Radeon (TM) R7 M360
I have gone through all trouble shooting tips from here http://steamcommunity.com/app/392110/discussions/0/350544272217377139/ and your own [READ FIRST] COMMON ISSUES, GUIDES AND SOLUTIONS section
That is, I have: - installed latest video drivers - installed all Windows updates - always running the game plugged in, and in the power options it is set to maximum performance both in the windows additional power settings and in the 'Intel Graphics Settings' (I also tried setting the on battery to maximum performance as well just in case, but it did not make a difference, so I switched it back to balanced) - rebooted Windows several times - checked file integrity several times - re-installed once - changed game folder to not be read only - turned off firewall (Comodo) and tried to run game that way - turned off dropbox and tried to run the game that way - I am running the program as administrator - in windows 7 compatibility mode - running the game with -novideo set launch option - there is no such thing as Catalyst Control Center anymore (as indicated in the troubleshooting tips), but in the 'Radeon Settings' that replaced CCC I went to Preferences > System > Switchable Graphics and set EndlessSpace2.exe to High performance. - installed latest version of VLC media player - installed latest version of K-Lite Codec Pack

I would really appreciate if you gave me an update on my ticket/report.
It has been two weeks since I submitted it.
I have done my part, I have followed all your trouble shooting tips. I have already sunk several hours into solving this issue.
As I said I would really like to play with this game. But so far I have to say that I am a bit dissapointed in the customer service. I haven't got any response to my query neither here nor on the Steam forums. Can you at least tell me what is taking so long?
