I was playing perfectly fine at 4k resolution with Good setup (because developers include anti-aliasing, which I don't need at this resolution, in higher visual setting).

Was fine with 40-60 fps.

Now after latest patch I barely scrub 20-30 fps again. What gives?

Anyone else having this issue?

P.S. Devs please remove anti-aliasing options out of game visual presets and let us pick it manually. You never need any anti-aliasing at 4k resolutions. This is year 2018. 30-50% of monitors are all 4k now. Please...

I’m not having these issues (but I’m at 1080p) I would suggest providing a DxDiag so that their QA team can possibly attempt to replicate the issue (in case your particular graphics card does not want to play nice etc.)

P.S there is very few 4k monitors, Looking at this January's Steam Hardware survey The Primary Display Resolution is 1080p for 71.13% of Steam users and Less than 1080p for 22.11%,

Only a mere 0.66% is 4k/2160p (3840 x 2160)
