I recently started playing Endless Space 2 again after a short hiatus, and now I can no longer see the effects of buildings or anomalies. This makes it nearly impossible to play without keeping the wiki open and checking it. There are a few buildings that do show their effects, such as the Drone Networks and Cerebral Reality.

I'll post a few screenshots as an example. You can clearly see that the effects is completely omitted from the tooltips. I'd love to be able to play the game, so if someone could find a solution that would be great.

Missing tooltips were actually fairly rampant during the supremacy beta.  They fixed a great many, but apparently missed a few.

Right click Endless Space 2 in steam then go to properties — local files and click verify integrity of game files.

This seem to have fixed it for me.
