After Penumbra update game stuck at 40 th turn. When the turn ended there was a election and after the results end turn circle keeps pending. Next turn had never started.

Same thing here, but on turn 60. There was an election and then stuck on ending the turn. The game is still "Running" according to Task Manager, though.

I'm having the same problem here. Turn 60, right after elections are done. I can submit an autosave of turn 59:
