So, all of my background graphics seem to be particularly pixelated/not rendering. In the systems screen, the background is particularly noticeable but also the escape menu seems "cloudy." I almost think I'm imagining it but I looked at youtube videos and their systems screen background is dark and smooth while please look at mine below. 

I have settings at fantastic and am running an rtx 2070 with a ryzen 1700. So I feel like my PC should be enough...Not sure why this is. I tried a fresh re-install and it still persisted. Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
