Hi,

This is the first time back since supporting Beta and had hoped that this issue was fixed.

After going through multiple ways to attempt to fix the problem, I still cannot progress past the initial Loading screen. 

The loading bar progresses to full and allows the music to start playing, however does not progress past this point.

I have currently made the following changes:

• Running in Administrator Mode
• Running in Compatability for Windows 7
• Varified cache
• Deleted all Beta Folders
• using the steam -novideo launch option
• changed the .dll file to Good from Beautiful
• ensured exceptions for Bitdefender are active
• attempted to run the game in different versions
• activated/deactivated DLC
• un-installed/re-installed game (including rebuilding my computer)
• installed/updated Chroma (even though I dont use any Razor products)
• Uninstalled Dropbox
• Disabled steam overlay

Currently using a Gygabyte Nvidia RTX 2070 graphics card.

Edit: I have added two diagnostics found in my files. @1850 is without DLC, @2143 is with DLC

Some help enabling me to play this game would be greatly appreciated.

Attempted and failed unfortunately.

And yes, permissions are included.

I've disabled the steam overlay, but thinking on this potentially discord. Also using CAM for PC monitoring. I'll disable these and update.

Update: I have tested and still unable to progress to the main menu. I have also changed a few settings, inlcuding the following (but not in order):

• deactivated Geforce Experiance overlay
• deactivated Discord overlay
• Running in Windowed mode
• changed the registery located in "Steamapps\Common\Endless Space 2\" from beautiful to Good
• changed the registery located in my documents from Good to Simple
• turned off smart file protection (Bitdefender)
• confirmed application access through the firewall (was already active)
• Re-installed Razor Synapse (moot point due to no razor products to take control of)
• deleted ChromaAppInfo in the "Steamapps\Common\Endless Space 2\" location
• Attempted to run program with firewall turned off
• attempted to run with Internet disconnected
• turned on Steam cloud

Currently purging my computer of all ES2 files and redownloading.

Update 2: Physically deleting all files and redownloading somehow worked. I have my own suspicions on on why downloading after I rebuilt the computer didnt work, but the game is now playable. Thank you for your support Groo and The-Cat-o-Nine-Tales.

Glad to hear it's working now. Though the source of that issue remains a mystery to me.
