I was playing on turn 101, medium galaxy size, spiral - 6 shape, endless difficulty, normal speed, and all 6 factions were custom made. After I press "End Turn" then it will show as if it's loading but I can still access the game menu, the trade scan, empire summary, and all the other screens, except I can't play my turn as I would normally do. Any suggestions?

This is an extremely complex title, yet after 3 years of patching you would think game/fun killing bugs like this would be clearly addressed or at least strongly worked on.

I would of also liked this information before I made the decision to purchase...that would of been better!

You've asked the gist of this question on at least 3 different bug reports. Your assumption concerning bugfixing is a bit narrow. For the last 2 years, 3 major DLc's were launched, together with free goodies like heroes, questlines and what not. With every DLC come different opportunities to play the game.  As you might know every different faction in ES2 plays very differently. So you can imagine the complexities every step of the way. This is only concerning bugfixing. Imagine the balancing patches as well.

The last DLC is a 1 1/2 month old, so give it time.
