I have the same issue on my XPS 13 2 in 1 7390.

Game starts loading and just before finishing it just closes without any error message.

I read that back when the games launched, there were issues with integrated (intel) graphics. Do they still exist and could those issues be the cause of this problem?

The Iris Plus Graphics on this 10th Gen Ice Lake CPU are certainly capable of running the game and if there are still Graphics API incompatibility issues, I have not yet seen them on any other game. Neither newer nor older games showed any kind of fatal issue like this thus far. Endless Space (1) for example runs just fine.

I am facing the same issue on my Surface Laptop 3 as well! My case is for Endless Legend but it crashes exactly like yours.

We've seen the reports, and I've passed them along when they were first made. Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to tell you any more based on your logs, and I haven't received any new info from the team.

This [https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/openssl-sha-crash-bug-requires-application-update ] did the trick for me.

1. Navigate: Windows > Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advanced System Settings

2. Click "Environment Variables..." and click "New" under System Variables.

3. Enter "OPENSSL_ia32cap" in variable name, and ":~0x20000000" in value.

Press OK and restart your computer.

Although one should not set system variables just to run a game this fixed it for some users. I hope devs come with a better solution an post it here.
