When ending the the 84th turn, the game hangs and the end turn button says "ENDING TURN 85" with the progress spinner. The 85th turn never starts.

I've tried reloading from a previous turn and doing things differently but it always hangs at the same point.

Game Version (both at the time of the issue and when the game was created): 1.5.11 S5 Gold public

Is it possible to determine what is causing this given my save?
