It becomes just unplayable (Only thing that helps is that it is a turn-based game)
I tried ELCP but IT doesn't seem to help much.

MY PC: 

CPU: Intel I5-2300
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1060 3gb
RAM: 8GB

SSD (different devices for the system and the game)

Operation system:
Windows 10 - 18362
With the following updates installed:

Changing graphics quality doesn't change anything significantly, and it shouldn't because I have quite a powerful video card considering the game's age. 

What are possibles solutions to this problem? After a quick search, I ave found that this is a common problem, but there is no right solution. Maybe someone could share his/her own experience?
