I just recently purchased the following content for Endless Space 2:
Endless Space 2 Collection Bundle
• Endless Space 2 - Digital Deluxe Edition
• Endless Space 2 - Vaulters
• Endless Space 2 - Supremacy
• Endless Space 2 - Untold Tales
• Endless Space 2 - Lost Symphony
• Endless Space 2 - Harmonic Memories
• Endless Space 2 - Celestial Worlds
• Endless Space 2 - Penumbra
Additional DLC
• Endless Space 2: OST
• Endless Space 2 - Harmonic Memories Soundtrack
• Endless Space 2 - Lost Symphony Soundtrack
• Endless Space 2 - Awakening
After everything was installed I then clicked on each of the free DLCs listed below and launched the game so that the "XXX is already in your Steam library" was displayed for them all:
Free DLC
• Endless Space 2 - Renegade Fleets
• Endless Space 2 - Stories
• Endless Space 2 - Guardians & the Galaxy Update
• Endless Space 2 - Target Locked Update
• Endless Space 2 - Little Grin Man Update
• Endless Space 2 - Galactic Statecraft Update
• Endless Space 2 - Stellar Prisoner Update
• Endless Space 2 - Endless Day Update
All that remained was to activate the remaining two add-ons as seen in the attached screenshot. The only problem I've now encountered though is that I have not figured out how to re-enable these two add-ons since re-syncing my new Steam account to my existing Games2Gether account. I have also tried unlinking completely my Steam and re-linking it but to no avail.
* Right mouse click on Endless Space 2 in Steam library.
* Properties
* Got to DLC tab
* uncheck the content you aim for (if it's checked - else manually check it)
* Restart Steam
* Recheck the DLC content and start game and see if it's activated, now.
This could work if the two DLCs in question were even in this list. Unfortunately that is not the case regarding these two exclusive DLCs from the G2G rewards section.

I already know that I need to claim these two DLCs in the rewards section. I think you may have missed the part in my original post where I said that I am unable to re-claim them again since making a new Steam account. If you look again at the the screenshots I posted you will see that they both say "Free content added you your Steam library" which tells me that these rewards have already been claimed/linked to my old (and now deleted) Steam account.
Sounds as if the creation of a new games2gether account - what you should link with your new Steam account - would fix it. To avoid this, you could write a pm to the community manager "The-Cat-o-Nine-Tales", describing your issue. Perhaps she can offer a solution or at least has an idea who could fix it to your satisfaction.

Which would be the proper way of contacting her then? Should I send a message from here (G2G) or should I instead reach out to her on the Amplitude Discord server?
