hey i just started playing this game and it runs fine on my machine (5600 xt) but when i open a menu screen like Technology or Economy etc the fps drops to like 15-30fps, and I can see my GPU usage goes way down and clock is very low, then I go back to the galaxy/planets and it goes back up to 60 fps normal gpu usage/clock.

I tried a bunch of different graphics settings but no matter what options i choose the same issue happens. Anyone have any ideas?
