I play a lot with friends, and at the end of each game, only the host can view the score screen, it's really frustrating ...

moreover, we do not enven know who won and with what victory, the party leaves at a stroke.

solution ?

Everybody can see the score screen, not just host, and it'll tell you the victory condition won at the end of the game.

The only reason you may not get a chance to view it is the host bolts/dc then you simply reload the save, by yourself, and see for yourself.  There should be a copy of it in your Journal as well.  I can't remember what its called but you can see all your previous completed games scoreboards as well.

Actual score is a meaningless metric, hovor over the end turn button to see everybodies.  When the game gets closed to victory time you can follow other empires victory progress in the victory screen, 

Push F1, then click Victory Tab to look.

It will show if anybody is accomplishing anything towards any victory condition be it science or whatever have you.
