I've seen complaints that the AI isn't aggressive enough in choosing the CP upgrade technologies. I'd like to experiment with some fixes but I am having a lot of difficulty finding much less manipulating the CP techs. I've found the Tech unlock but I can't find the specific upgrades. Can someone tell me where they are located?
