i was able to edit mavros and riftborn but i cant figure out how to add traits to a custom faction i made, how can i reference this?

Add traits to a pre-existing Custom Faction, create new traits..?

I am trying to add traits to a custom faction that i have already made, but its just in the custom faction tab, i havent gone in and made a mod for a custom faction. and i dont know how to modify their traits to add or remove things for their population
