I've already found the research and tweaked it to further slow down tech ramping in [Research].xml and tweaking [TechnologyScienceAndExploration].xml What i'm having a challenge decyphering is finding out where cost/values for ship building and maintenance costs are. after this I'll probably start looking into defense/weapons etc.. to tweak them. Thanks in advance for any light you can help shed.
