This error is consistently returning every time I try to upload an update to any of my mods since earlier today when I finished making icons for them. There are a few other tweaks but I've double and triple-checked that it's all in order, and this happens regardless.

I have gone to the Steam Subscriber agreement and attempted to 'accept again' it multiple times over, logged out and in, verified the game, restarted, whatever I can think of so far and it's always the same result. No idea whether this is Steam or ES2 or both.
