Hi everyone!

The Mod competition will be over in a couple of hours and I uploaded a new version just in time!

As a recap, I made a mod during Summer 2017 including the 16 characters from the base game of Dungeon of the Endless as heroes. They had a unique set of class and faction, 2 unique starting skills and were recrutable the normal way like the original heroes.

1 month ago, I made an update to add a quest to search and find Auriga. It rewards you with 4 random heroes from DotE.

Now I added 3 big things :

First, I added the Hero Kreyang from the Deep-Freeze add-on of DotE. She has a special role on my next work.

Second, I made an event, allowing you to choose between the 3 "factions" from DotE : Crew, Prisoners or Natives. They fight each other for the Crystal and you have to choose who is going to have it.

Each choices provide a politic change for the population, rewarding you with respectively :

Crew :

- Unlock the hero Sara

- Unlock a technology giving you access to an empire improvement making all your ships faster and reducing the cost of techs.

Prisoners :

- Unlock the hero Gork

- Unlock a kinetic and laser weapons

- Unlock a Battle Tactic

Natives :

- Unlock the hero Kreyang

- Unlock a special law giving you influence per pop

- Unlock a unique system improvement granting you influence per peace and alliance.

Previously, all heroes were part of one of the faction of Endless Space 2 giving them access to their faction skill-tree. 

Now, all heroes are  part of the same custom faction I named "Auriga" which allows them to have a whole new faction skill-tree with custom skills!
