This modprovides a new "playbook" replacing the old paths based on some eldritch sense of geometry. Both fleets will form sectioned battlelines with strict orders that short range means getting closer to the enemy, and to fire at targets of opportunity in spite of Admiral Keencrest's complaints against 'dishonorable' acts.

The new paths are meant to be more intuitively predictable, and enable cross-flotilla fire in all instances when the primary target has been destroyed. They are functional, but not terribly thrilling to look at.

If you find any combinations that don't work, please let me know.

I am. I spent yesterday trying to imlpement a modified version of my old suggestion for clearer combat paths. Unfotunately, it turned out that I can not change the number of phases per battle, so I will have to adjust and see if I can find more reasonable range progressions even at 3 phases.

I think the biggest issue with vanilla combat paths is they don't account to what the other flotillas are doing. Nothing worst than watching your ships get blown up one by one when they can't shoot back due to weapon firing arcs...

If you have found any situation using my mod where ships do not fire back, please let me know the specifics so I can look into it.

I unfortunately can not make each flotilla take the other flotillas than its direct opponent into account, but I am trying to set up trajectories so that they will always be able to shoot. I may still need to make adjustments.

If you are still interested in this, I have pretty much figured how it all works. I can make paths any way I want now. The only hurdle is it's time consuming to make them, but with the right online tools it's easy enough.
