Shield HP increase and weapon penetration mod

This mod greatly increases shield HP to make energy defence as effective as projectile defence.

It also changes weapon penetration values so the whole system works well.


        KINETIC:
            ShieldPenetrationFactor            Value="0.8"
            HullPlatingPenetrationFactor       Value="0.2"
       
        MISSILE:
            ShieldPenetrationFactor            Value="0.9"
            HullPlatingPenetrationFactor    Value="0.1"

        LASER:
            ShieldPenetrationFactor            Value="0.2"
            HullPlatingPenetrationFactor    Value="0.8"

        BEAM (100% hit on all ranges):
            ShieldPenetrationFactor            Value="0.1"
            HullPlatingPenetrationFactor    Value="0.9"

Great mod and i think you might have nailed it for the shield capacity numbers. With my brief playthrough I just had with this mod, now shields feel like they actually provide some added layer of defense and not a tiny flimsy extra health they used to be.


But I would like to point out that you might want to give some buffs to shield reload modules and flotila shield modules too?


With T1 shield giving you +600 capacity, the 200 shield that antimatter Re-shield module repairs per phase, or the +400 flotila shield capacity with the quadrinix fleet shield module is simply laughable.

I uploaded an updated version that addressed both flotilla shields and shield reload modules.
