It's crucial part of new concept idea of Lumeris 

What I'm trying to do is

• Set influence production & its zone radius to zero when the system is not the captial or doesn't have trade HQ.
• Lumeris starsystem pacific conversion requires Dust, which is transferred to Lumeris when the system becomes converted to the opponent
• When Lumeris lose its system by force, they will still get some Dust in insurance
• some influence adjustments

Will these be implemetable?
