I need help in knowing which of these mods (or mod list order)

is preventing my custom made faction Vice Mercius Collective.xml with population name Xaionne.xml from running.

I've tried to rearrange the mods and all I can get is anything from the red error message pop-up screen or a frozen loading screen with no end.

I'm not in the technical know how of creating or editting mods.

This is not the first time i experienced this, these mod set use to work fine together before, I've created other custom faction mods in the past with these specific mods and more with no problem, its just harder escaping or getting around this issue now.

My Endless Space 2 is currently up to date with all dlcs and update contents: V1.5.10 s5 GOLD-Public.

I'd like to know if it's an arrangement problem, mods clashing problem or anything I missed that could be a potential solution.

I've made some changes to mod selection, and bolded out the mods used in creating the custom faction Vice Mercius Collective.xml.

In what mod list arrangement can i get this custom faction Vice Mercius Collective.xml of faction population Xaionne.xml to play in a session of the above stated mods, as red error message pop-up screen or a frozen loading screen  still occurs.

I'd like to know what is preventing me from loading the game normally and playing a session.

most of them are too large to upload, these 3 were the only ones i could upload,  as other range from 20-200MB.
