Hey folks! New to the Endless Space community (and by proxy to the modding community), glad to be here.

I've tried searching online (both here on forums and on google as a whole) for a guide on how to upload custom portraits for a custom race, but couldn't find one, so I thought I'd just ask.

If anyone knows how to mod custom portraits for a race, I'd be very grateful for the help!

You can't, you can replace leader portraits with hero portraits, or with static images, but you can't import your own animated portraits.

Thanks! The idea was to add a static image portrait since I lack the expertise to actually make an animated portrait. Would it be possible to add a static image for the race or is that also impossible?
