Hello,

I am looking for a mod that allow to destroy or change modernization 2, 3, 4. IA always do stupid things with it :D

Is there a mod similar ?

It's not possible, it's hard coded because it crashes the game if you try to remove it :)

Also I was wondering if it was possible to add a scroll bar for the additional levels

Are we able to mod the AI as to how it makes its choices for each slot?
