Good news. The web staff have added how badges/avatars/titles are unlocked now by displaying the information on the given item. You can also now click on the item to be directly linked to how it is unlocked.

Indeed, that particular avatar is unlocked by "Make contact with E.N.F.E.R."

Honestly, I don't know either. I have such portrait, too, not unlocked. It is possible that this portrait for what ever the promotion or achievement of the discharge aid on the forum/in the game... I really don't see what rewards are given for a specific achievement - they are simply not shown. A tricky move on the part of the developers, however.

I see. Well, I have a guess... I Believe it is from "Meet Enfer" Achievement ... But I am not really sure. I need someone who has it or a developer to shed some light.
