Loaded my Riftborn game today and went to add ships to my fleets to find out my fleet cp cap had been reduced from 24 to 21. The fleet cp techs are unlocked, and one of the fleets already has 24 cp in it (displayed as 24/21 in red). Any ideas on what caused the 3cp reduction between play sessions?
