I am playing a new game with all the DLC and around turn 79 it just freezes up and I can’t end the turn or go forward anymore. Here is the save file and the turn before it stops working. Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

A hotfix came out today. Games that started before that , could not be remedied.
So i think you have to start over.
I tried your game, and indeed it freezes.
