Sometimes the terms I propose can't be seen, but will reappear if I add other terms.

I've not seen that happen myself. I recommend you post the issue in the Bug Reports forum. There is a helpful template for how to do so at:

Regardless, it'd be nice to have a .sav of yours to see what's going on. Your .sav is located in My Documents\Endless Space 2\Save Files
