FIDSI malus from Resource Recoverers now applies on ALL systems and not only main system.
that pretty much kills the Hissho IMHO. There is no way they can hold more than a handful of systems or the malus kills their FIDSI, especially Food. You would have to play them ultra-tall and utilize miners heavily I guess. Going Republic and hope for a bunch of Militarist heros can help a bit, but it's silly if this would be the only way to play them besides ultra-tall.
They feel unplayable to me right now. Or what am I missing? How am I supposed to play them after the last patch?
