Im trying to download the free DLC bur it sends me to an error page https://www.sega.com/404_Error

I can't redeem that DLC - I'm told I don't have base game, which I do - and all the other reward DLCs have been redeemed.

Update: worked after a few more attempts and relogin to Steam
