Not a Dev, but there are likely a few things you can try:
- Restarting your computer
- Verify integrity of game files via right clicking game in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify integrity of game files
- Run Steam in administrator
- Update your video card drivers
If none of these four options help you, I'd recommend posting your log files as stated in the error.
