Steam shows that I have nearly all DLC for Endless Space 2 in my Library, however the DLC does not show as available in game and instead points me to the Windows store for purchase. I have tried rebooting, reinstalling the game, and even clearing the Steam download cache to get the DLC to show up in game, but nothing has worked. Please advise as to what steps can be taken to get my purchased DLC.

Additional info on this as I researched it more:
So, when I first purchased this, I did so using the Steam app on my iPhone, which is not something I normally do, but I was excited to play the game and was out of the house at the time. I then chose to install remotely to my PC, however, I chose the wrong PC (I have two) because I mixed up the machine names. So, I decided to see if my secondary PC had the same DLC issues as the first, and it turns out that the DLC *does* show as active and playable on the second PC. I'm simply unable to do anything to correctly install the DLC on my primary gaming PC. Please advise...

And nevermind? Last night, without making a single change, I fired up ES2 and all my various expansion races were there. No idea what happened or why there was a delay in them showing up on just that one platform. Anyway, I finally get to play my anticipated Vaulters playthrough!
