All those solution Don't works.
Try to save and reload > don't works
Try to change my turn > don't works
Try to make diplomatics actions > don't work
Try to load another game and go back to this > don' work
Try to install all betas patchs > don't work
Try to uninstall and reinstall the game > don't work
End more over all the saves i used trying to solve the problem are corrupted and are stucks in an infinite loading screen

A workaround has been given in other threads -- dismiss all notifications before moving onto the next turn.
I agree with PopaMMs. I have logged over 360hrs on ES2 as it is (IMHO) the best 4X game I have played. Only started getting the Pending Turn issue in the last few weeks at about the 120+ turn point in time.
I have tried all of what PopaMMs lists to no avail and just hope Amplitude continue to release patches to fix both the game and their reputation.
I have logged well over 2,000 hours on ES2 and only just encountered this problem after the latest Update. Playing Vaulters on Impossible at Turn 91. Please fix this bug. It has ruined the best 4X game ever created.
Some notifications need to be cleared in order for the turn to proceed. Even if they were read. Right click them all. Hope this fix it.
