I bought endless space 2 together with 4 additions on the steam promotion. Everything works well only every time writes that the add-ons are turned off and when I go to the settings in the game to turn them on I only have links to the steam to buy them, what's going on?
I can't turn on add-ons in the game

If you have bought them through steam they should be downloaded automatically. In the game you can go to the content menu, from the main menu to enable them. However if they are not there still, you may need to go to your steam app and check the dlc for that game. On the right hand side when you select the game is a window for your dlc and a button to "Manage my dlc". You can click there and make sure all of the DLC are checked so that steam downloads them and adds them to the game, if it has not already.

Three of them are missing though and don't show up in Steam. What happened to Uthassum Rhamoezz, Community Challenge, and Muck&Makers?
