Picture is sadly very to small and doesnt show well enouth whats written in it.
Also what exactly do you need help with? The choice? About beeing unclear what consequences could accure? (Do a save before you choose and see what the consequences are). Or that the "choose" option is greyed out? (Sometimes you have to click on somewhere else (somewhere on the left side of the "choose" field) and back on the choice so its not greyed out, maybe a bug if that happens)
