have some reedem problems

i tryed to reedem the Sophon Hero Uthassum Rhamoezz and the community challenge add-on.

By the Hero i became a email to reedem him unfortunaly if i try it a error ocurrer that the html-link is to long.

And by the add-on i tryed trough the game to reedem but it is link by steam store to a page that is none existance sooo.

Can i get some help or must i contact the support?
