I am unable to redeem the free game for some odd reason. When I redeem it, the page redirects to a 404 ERROR page. Any ideas what to do next?

Same. I tried to upload a photo of the "404 Error" message in the other thread about the giveaway errors people encounter currently. My reply was posted, but not the photo.
