Hi! So next to the house icon of this site, there is a box with a moving emoji that says NEW GIFT! Apparently i have gifts to claim, but it says to link account to Steam. I already did that, but it still says the same. Am i doing something wrong or i already got the rewards? I also dont understand what the rewards explanation means by "add-on". Thanks in advance!
Edit: Weird enough my account settings say the steam account is already linked, but it's the only place where it shows that.
I have the same problem, can't claim the rewards despite linking my account with steam...

Site is broke - I put support ticket in but it just refers to https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-us . I tried adding Ato on steam, no reply in comments on announcement or to friend request.

I've been able to redeem 2 rewards of the 10 it said i have. The other 8 are comics so no need to redeem them.

I was able to get 2 DLC for Endless Space 2. I found them when looking at my "Profiler" badge in the "Connect to Steam" task.
When I try to pick up a gift, I get this answer:
An error occured with your last action. Please reload or contact an administrator if this error persists.
Who has this problem already been solved?
