I've played 4-x games since old good Civ 1, and many of them lack the simple option: "Restart World".

Just a static save of every particular Universe created by the game attached to every savegame. Or implemented any other, more optimized, way. May be list of last generated Universes, that user could save hor himself. Well, other words, It would be cool if there could be an option to just restart game to "turn 1". It may be useful for newbies to 4-x too, that's frustrating when you want to play again the same universe to try other way of playing and... you cannot: the earliest save is "Turn 388" or something.
