Would be nice to see stockpiles returning in some form or way and when you would build them they would be in the system that built it in some sort of treasury system. You could then send them to other systems and they would travel via star lanes so you would need to defend them of course. It would give us something else to build instead of infinite construction so that we could help other systems!
