Please Allow ALT+LMB to Add Anything to the Top of Construction Queue

ALT+LMB can be used to select some things to the top of the Construction Queue. Currently this does not work for everything. Here is a short list of things I have found that cannot be, but possibly should be, added to the top of the Construction Queue using ALT+LMB:

Planet Specializations
Colonization
Anomoly Reduction

I am sure there are others to be included in this list, but this is what I can come up with off the top of my head.

Hey can i use ALT:LMB for other things? Sure, planet specializations and colonizations are great things to reduce even further the amount of micromanagement we have. Upvoted.

Oddly, you could force planetary exploitation and colonization to the top of the queue with ALT+LMB in ES. Not sure why it isn't a feature in the sequel.
