Right now Scientist politics don't have much interaction with Science. Not providing Science directly is fine, but not rewarding the players focus on Science is not fine. Thus I propose a law to parlay your Science into Industry by adding a portion (say 10% or 20%) of Science to Industry on systems.


This is not necessarily a conversion effect, and would likely be intended as a replacement for Dirty Hands. I've gotten mixed opinions on the power of such an effect and it's usefulness as a replacement, particularly on the basis that Scientist and non-Scientist empires end up having similar levels of Science output and thus benefit equally, which I am not sure is really true.


It also could serve as an excellent replacement Pinned law, as I feel Oracle of Science is too narrow a tool, and also one which causes trouble in accelerating Science victories.
