Add ability to add the unique race planets (like Koyasil) for a Custom Race

I just wanted to add that I noticed a mod (Home Planets Unlocked) tried to add a feature for unique planets (like Aguriga) but the modder stated it hard coded for only generic planet types.  

Thus I figured I would post here so the delveopers could add a hotfix to add unique planets in the race creation menu.

I had a similar idea I posted not to long ago for being able to customize our Custom Faction's home planets. This is kind of similar, and I can link it if you'd like to read.

Either way, having a unique planet for Custom Factions is a very appealing idea I hope is added sometime to the game.
